AU × ZINKED

Demo period: May–Nov 2026 (seed data) • Data refresh: demo seed, deterministic • Tenant: AU Small Finance Bank (demo tenant)

Executive Overview

Every figure below is computed from the demo seed records. Click a KPI card to jump to its detail view. Definitions are in Administration → KPI definitions.

Engagement funnel (aggregate denominators labelled)

Eligible (2,00,000) and Invited (35,000) are PRD aggregate denominators, not identifiable records. All later funnel steps are counted from records.

Competitions & Olympiads

Submission counts are derived from registrations for competition/simulation activities (submitted ≈ 72% of registrations in the seed; valid ≈ 88% of submitted; evaluated ≈ 65% of valid). No raw scores are compared across age bands.

Parent Engagement & Consent

Consent by purpose (participants)

Consent is purpose-specific: one approval does not cover all purposes. Withdrawn or Pending communications consent suppresses messages — see Communication Centre test.

Consent exceptions (first 50)

Budget & Spend

Activity cost table (finance detail)

Approved ≠ committed ≠ invoiced ≠ paid. Cost per attendee = paid ÷ verified attendees; cost per completer = paid ÷ completers; cost per certificate = paid ÷ certificates issued. “—” means the denominator is zero.

Detailed activity finance is hidden for this role; the summary above is the role-appropriate view.

Feedback & Quality — Decision Scorecards

Scores are transparent weighted components (PRD §09), not an opaque AI score. Overspend forces REVIEW / PAUSE. Feedback n < 30 is low-confidence and cannot earn EXPAND.

Administration

Role & permission matrix (demo-level gating — not production enforcement)

Hiding a button in this demo is UI gating only. Production RBAC must be enforced in the API/data layer, with tenant isolation and audit of sensitive views, exports and consent changes (PRD §02/§14).

KPI definitions

  • Registered participant: distinct participant with a non-cancelled registration in the filtered set. One participant with 3 registrations = 3 registrations, 1 unique participant.
  • Verified attendance: attendance record marked present or late and verified, for a registered participant.
  • New (current window Sep–Oct 2026): first-ever registration in the window. Returning: active before Sep 2026 and again in the window. Repeat: 2+ verified attendances in the window. Cross-category: participation in 2+ categories overall.
  • Cost per attendee/completer/certificate: activity paid amount ÷ that denominator; “—” if zero.
  • Pathway counts are not additive: a participant may appear in multiple pathways.
  • Feedback average: mean of valid responses, always shown with n; excludes cancelled activities.

Brand, data & open decisions

Text wordmark only — AU Bank logo use requires written permission and an approved asset (not supplied). Proposed programme name “Little Steps, Big Futures” is subject to AU approval. No live Zinked integration: this is a standalone demo with a deterministic fictional seed (see README). Open decisions needing AU Bank are listed in README.md.

Safeguarding: participant names are shown as first name + last initial only to authorised roles; Senior Management and Finance see masked IDs. No contact details, no public child profiles, no child-to-child messaging in this demo.
